Create Waypoints to mark important findings you’d want to visit later or teleport straight to the place. Being survival-friendly, the addon is suitable for your single-player playthroughs. Craft a special item by putting two papers on the Cartography table, and get access to the menu that allows you to place, edit, and choose the color for your waypoints.
The process of placing a waypoint is very intuitive. Use the item, and the menu will pop. From there, you can choose to: Add, Edit, Remove, Share, or Teleport to a waypoint.
The addon also has the Options, which allow you to change certain preferences. I’ve set an option to display the beams of my waypoints at all times, instead of them being shown only when aimed at.
If you die, the addon will create a waypoint at the place of your demise, so that you can come back and retrieve the items.
