You’re one of the survivors who was lucky to have immunity to the disease. So you have a chance to become a hunter, not a prey. All you will need is a reliable gun, which are plenty lying around covered by the dust in those ruins of the old world.
The world generation undergoes major changes in this addon. Entire chunks of the world are generated, featuring abandoned streets and buildings. Large amounts of litter are scattered around to create the feeling of a peaceful past that was taken away. Greenery, such as grass and vines, has overgrown the buildings. All of this creates an apocalyptic atmosphere.
