Explore a new massive-scale Bedrock addon called Breath of the Plains, which draws its influence from The Legend of Zelda: BoTW (All copyrights belong to Nintendo). Your world won’t become a Hyrule, but it sure will feel more fabled.

When you load the world for the first time, you will be given a tablet device that will serve to register waypoints and as a way to invoke abilities.

Towers will serve both as simple vantage points to look around and as waypoints if you register them on your tablet. Those registered waypoints serve for teleportation.

Another type of structure that you will be seeing in the world is a Shrine. Inside the Shrine, you will be met with a challenge of sorts: a minigame, puzzle, or combat trial. At the end of it all, you will be rewarded with items or, sometimes, an ability.

Just like in BoTW, Link learned how to create magic bombs, use magnetism, and stop time – so will you.

Another cool thing about this addon is that it adds mobs that are quite similar to the ones you may have seen in Zelda games. Among the dozen mobs you can encounter are look-alikes to Bokoblins, Lizard boys, stealthy jumping octopuses, flying wizards, and varieties of golems.
This addon also features items like
- Master Sword
- Bomb Bow
- Elemental Rods
- Wooden Clubs.
