Mining Drills represent the next step in mineral extraction technology for Minecraft Bedrock. While an enchanted diamond pickaxe is a great tool, it has its limits. Specifically, it lacks the ability to collect large chunks of stone and ore at once – unlike the drills.
What Mining Drills Can Do
Mining Drills come in multiple tiers, but even the weakest models can gather nine blocks at once. By default, these blocks are collected in a square formation.
Pro Tip: Don’t forget to toggle drops, as the blocks will simply disappear by default!
